How can I attach my logo while placing the order?

You can upload the logo using attach logo button or Email us your designs to info@starskipromotions.ca or attach your logo with the below contact form. Please mention your order number if you have already placed an order and we will get back to you.

What file types do you accept?

We accept image type files with 300Dpi resolution. Please note if the logo is not at proper resolution, additional charges may incur for digitizing the image.

How can I obtain a digital proof?

Send us an email with your request along with the item ID to info@starskipromotions.ca and we will work on the digital proof. We provide free mock up for all orders before production. We do not proceed without your final approval.

Do you provide samples before placing an order?

Due to the time and cost involved with producing one piece, we do not provide printed samples. Rest assured that all our orders go through a quality check before packing and delivery.
